What are Features of Google Analytics 4 ?
- Google Analytics 4 provides depth Analytics for both web and app, and you can see more insight on for which very less tracking code will be required.
- In Google Analytics 4 Everything counts as an event, and you have given the feature to mark those events as Conversion.
- Google Analytics 4 Offer Predefined events for which you are not required to setup any kind of tracking or code to enable this feature you just need to enable Enhanced measurement feature in Google Analytics 4 during the setup of this new Property.
Below are predefined events:-
- Page views : This event is collected automatically. Each time the page loads or page view happens, it will record this event
- Scrolls
- Outbound clicks
- Site search
- Video engagement
- File downloads – In order tracking form submit as a conversion, we will need to setup custom events.n Google Analytics 4 interface a “Debug view” option is also provided. With this feature, we can easily verify whether our tags have been fire correctly or not.
- Please note that : There are no view filters. Filters are created and applied inside your reports. View section via property setup has been depleted in new interface of Google Analytics 4.
