1. Make sure you have basic Legal setup on contact page of your website like given below
– Physical Address
– Phone Number
– Contact Email Address
– Contact Form
– Contact time and response time
2. Please add legal things on footer part of every page on the website
- Physical Address
- Phone No
- Contact Email Address
- images of supported payment card and gateway logo like verified by visa
Please note: in case you don’t have phone number, you can add virtual phone no.
3. Legal Pages or Customer Support Services – please make sure you have added below legal page, and they are linked from footer part of the website
- Shipping Policy Page – explain shipping process, where warehouse located and more. Add business email ID so that your customer can contact you
- Refund and Return Policy – Clearly mentioned that you provide refund and how you can do that – all steps – and make sure to add email ID so that user can contact you. Please customize them as per your site requirement
- Terms and Condition Page – please add terms and condition including email id that where user can contact you
- Privacy Policy Pages – make sure you have proper term and condition mentioned on the website
Other Things
– Shipping and Sales Tax in Google Merchant Center – setup – Need to update return policy page in GMC with new one
– please add all the names of your shipping service providers in Google merchant center and same info should be on shipping policy pages – (include the name of your shipping partner)
– Payment method logo in footer – make sure to add payment service provider logo in footer like paypal or stripe or any other provider
- Business information match with merchant center
– Need to add same phone number and should be same as you have added on the website
– Also add email id and phone number in customer support section

– Promoting out of stock of item – use auto deal
– running deals and promotion not available
– Misleading information – only stick to your brand only
– trust system – not affiliate them with – try to remove
